Adult Training Schedule
All our training sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities*, whether you are completely new to triathlon or looking to build on your current skills and fitness. You will need to book in advance via myclubhouse to attend training sessions.
The summer schedule will run from May 2018–September 2018
8.30–9.30pm: Pilates at Brockwell Lido (£5)
7–8pm (from Tues 15 May): Swim* session at Brockwell Lido (£5)
8–9pm (every second week): Velodrome session at Herne Hill Velodrome, with Crystal Palace Tri (£5)
7–8am (from Wed 23 May): Strength and Conditioning at Brockwell Park (£5)
7.30–9pm: Spin at Brockwell Lido Gym (£7). Note: From end of May this will change this to a brick session (i.e. run straight after the bike) in Brockwell Park
7–8am: Swim* session at Clapham Better Leisure Centre (£5)
7–8pm: Run session at Tooting Athletics Track (£4.50 entrance fee + £2 coaching fee)
7–8pm (from Thurs 10 May): Swim* session at Brockwell Lido (£5)
*To join swim sessions we do require you to be able to swim 200m unaided and have basic bike handling skills for the velodrome. If you would like to take part in our training sessions but have a physical limitation or other issue that would need to be taken into account, please contact our Head Coach via firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
