*To join swim sessions we do require you to be able swim to the deep end of a pool unaided and feel comfortable (i.e. without standing on the floor). For cycling at the Velodrome we require you to have basic bike handling skills (i.e. if you commute to work) along with a road/gravel/adventure or time-trial bike (due to the nature of the track and other users it can be hard to use a town/hybrid/mountain bike in the session).

If you would like to take part in our training sessions and have questions please contact – we aim to make our sessions accessible and supportive for all, regardless of ability, level or impairments.

Please email our Head Coach Becky Goodwin with any questions and suggestions.
