Our training sessions are great and suitable for all levels and abilities, for both adults and juniors, whether you are completely new to triathlon or looking to improve your current skills
At each session there will be a qualified coach ready to support you and guide through fun and challenging training sessions. Please don’t worry if you feel ‘not good enough’ or decide to ‘get fit before you come along’, that’s what our coaches and sessions are here to help you with – along with helping achieve your personal goals.
You will also find a whole mix of other members – from those training for their first race through to seasoned Ironman athletes, from those who come along to keep fit and see their friends, to those who are training race to for their country, from those who just want to swim (and don't own a pair of running trainers) to those who are there for meeting likeminded new people (sometimes with cake and beers).
Our sessions aim to include a mix of technique, endurance and higher intensity work, this balance varies from session to session as well as the yearly calendar.
