windrush EVENTS
We offer a wide range of sessions for all abilities - whether you’re new to triathlon or looking to level-up - from relaxed social workouts to focused, goal-oriented training
Social Training
We love a social session! A big part of Windrush life is getting together to combine our favourite activities with a good catch-up.
These sessions are member-led, with no ego and no judgement - just opportunities to take some time and be active. They’re a great way to motivate yourself to get out of the door and cover some distance. We stick together, we chat, and we go home happy.
After our year-round social lido dips we dry off (and warm up) with a coffee, our weekend rides usually include a stop at a favourite cake spot, and our mid-week evening runs have been known to finish in the pub.
…and most of them are FREE!*
*coffees, cakes and beers not included
Coached Sessions
Training with a coach can make all the difference to your triathlon journey. Our experienced, qualified coaches deliver structured, purposeful sessions that help you improve faster, train smarter, and stay injury-free. You’ll get expert feedback on your technique, along with guidance and support to help you reach your goals — whether you’re starting out or chasing a new PB.
Our sessions combine technique, endurance, and higher-intensity work, and each session brings fun, varied, and challenging training and make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout.
Don't worry about feeling “fit enough” before you come - that’s exactly what we’re here for. Our sessions are suitable for any level of experience or fitness, and you’ll be joining a friendly, welcoming mix of members - from first-timers to “Age-Groupers”.
New to the club? Your first session is free — come along and give it a try. Find out how to book a taster session here.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is an essential component of triathlon training. It helps to build a powerful and enduring body that can cope with the tough demands of triathlon. Our weekly S&C sessions can be completed in the comfort of your own home, on Zoom
Juniors
We’re proud to have a Juniors section, developing the Alex Yees and Lucy Charles-Barclays of tomorrow
Club Socials
As a triathlon club, we obviously love to swim, bike, and run — but from time to time we enjoy taking a well-earned rest too. That’s when we catch up away from training, meeting at a local pub, café, or park.
We have a full social calendar that you can take part in, whether you’re injured, taking a break, or just fancy a night off from working out. Everyone’s welcome.
